Improving Your Content Will Help You Improve Your Website Rank

Content writing plays a crucial role when it comes to improving the website ranking in search engine results. In fact, people get to know what the website is offering through its content usage. Inviting visitors, increasing repeat visits as well as increasing the site's visibility depends on the way the content is written.
With the advent of the internet, more and more websites are springing up on the World Wide Web. The internet has proved as a boon for business owners who wish to showcase their products before the online audience. Content writing is an area that has been talked about most. This is because it is referred to as King among factors involved in ranking the websites in search engine results.
Advantages of Content writing in the SEO process
It is through content writing that one can place appropriate keywords to increase users' attention to products and services on offer. One can target almost any keyword in the content. Since content is theme-based, therefore one can emphasize on the right amount of details before the audience.
Another important thing is that it gives way to generate content based links known to have a better impact when compared with traditional links.
Moreover, since the content can be found online whatever may be the point of time; there are no issues with its removal.
With the help of article submission, one can generate backlinks from various websites and other resources. Thus, it provides dual benefits. Not only one increases keyword density but even quality one-way links are generated.
Important tips to write effective SEO content writing
  1. Write only appropriate content - Always try to include relevant content in your website as irrelevant content gets banned by search engines and is concluded as spam. The content should be reliable and original and not copied from any other website. The content should not deviate from the topic. Fooling search engines with irrelevant content will lead to the website getting banned. Also, the content should be short and simple to ease readability.

  2. Place appropriate Keywords - When it comes to optimized content, content with denser keyword placement is regarded as an appropriate one. If the keywords are repeated naturally, then they won't be affecting the rankings of web pages. Never stuff the keywords as it will result in plain rejection of content by search engines.

  3. Don't use lengthy paragraphs - Lengthy paragraphs do not grab attention easily because people find them hard to read as they have less time. Thus, it is advisable to use bullet points.

  4. Usage of titles and subheadings- The use of titles and subheadings play a vital role in SEO content writing as search engines catch the pages first that own these two parts. Moreover, more visitors will be able to read the content if there is the inclusion of titles and subheadings.

  5. Include summary- Adding a summary makes the content look professional.

  6. Proofread your content- Always proofread your content before you submit it to websites so as to avoid any kind of error. Errors can make the otherwise good content look pathetic.
Importance of Originality in SEO content writing
The importance of originality exists in nearly every domain. In fact, it is the essence of any business. Every content writer hired by an SEO firm is expected to write effective and original content. Although much time and hard work are required to create such content, it is worth the effort. Ultimately, it is the audience who has to read the content and if they find it similar to one they have already read, then they won't appreciate the writer. A website owner shells out a huge amount of money so that the writer writes only effective and original content with appropriate keyword density. Thus, the importance of originality exists.
Types of SEO Content writing
  1. Article Submission- Article submission is a part of the content writing process wherein the writer has to write effective articles based on certain keywords about the products and services the website owner is providing. This process calls for due attention as appropriate keyword density has to be taken care of. Regular article submission can result in improving the ranking of the website too much extent.

  2. Press Release Submission- Press Release is a kind of news story about the new launches happening in the owner's company. Submitting press releases to related websites ensures that the latest happening is told to the audience at large.

  3. Blog writing- Blog involves writing down personal thoughts on a certain issue. With the help of the blog, one can express personal feelings before the audience. Thus, blogs connect personally with the masses.

  4. Web Content Writing- Writing content for the website about the products and services on offer is included in web content writing. It is more like that of sales pitch and includes informative content also.

  5. Product Description writing- Describing each and every product is what product description writing is all about. Informative and short descriptions about every product help the audience to know about them and choose accordingly.

3 Ways to Get More Traffic to Your Online Store

An Introduction to Marketing Your Store Online
No matter how wonderful your products are, finding ways to encourage consumers to buy from your online store can be a challenge.
With so much competition out there - especially if you're competing against a big retailer - means you need to always be focusing on ways to get more traffic to your online store.
Here are 3 ways to grow your online store:

1. Create Compelling Content
Publishing content that is valuable to your consumers is an ideal way to attract people to your website. Potential customers are more willing to buy from a retailer who posts genuine blogs, reviews, and articles.
A study done by Gartner, a leading research and advisory company, found that 84% of millennials have used user-generated content to make a purchasing decision.
Plus, if you provide your readers with fresh content, they're more likely to return to your website and potentially buy from you more than once.
2. Focus on SEO
When creating organic content your readers will enjoy, it's essential to keep SEO in mind if you want to grow your online store. Organic traffic means visitors finding your website in a way that didn't require you paying for that traffic to find you.
For example, if you have written a book on relationship advice you want to promote, you could create articles containing keywords such as "relationship tips" and "love advice."
You also need to expand your SEO campaign to:
• Include keyword descriptions on product images
• Create a sitemap and submit it to search engines
• Write page titles and meta descriptions
You'll have to do your keyword research first, however, and work on targeting keywords with low competition that still get enough traffic to make your efforts worthwhile. This is where an SEO expert can really come in handy.
3. Use Google AdWords
Google AdWords is a pay-per-click advertising program that can really help you generate traffic and leads.
The cost per click varies, but even an entrepreneur on a limited budget can afford to pay for at least a small campaign.
For an Impressions Campaign, you only have pay for an ad when someone clicks on the ad, calls your business or views your video, so it's a cost-effective way to get more traffic.
There are a few ways to use Google AdWords:
• Show up in Google search results
• Promote banner ads in Gmail or websites
• Create a video ad for YouTube targeting your audience based on specific criteria
You'll have to be skilled enough to manage your campaigns, measure results and make changes, or else it won't help you grow your online store and could end up being very costly. If you're not sure, seek out a professional who can help you grow your online store through paid traffic.
Like most marketing strategies, getting traffic to your online store takes continuous effort. Your competitors are likely focusing on the same techniques you are, so stay ahead of the game by measuring your results and changing what doesn't work.

How Online Entrepreneurs Can Make Money Online With a Website

Starting an online business can be freeing if the entrepreneur knows what they are doing. But what does a new entrepreneur do if they are not experienced in online business? The key to an online business is to leverage how to make money online with a website.
The online business website is the heart of any Internet-based business, and all detailed pertaining to the website need to be handled with care. Therefore, online business owners should take special care to create a website in a profitable market (also known as a niche), market the website properly using traffic generating techniques and have a call to action so that consumers will follow through with purchases.
Read on for a break down of the previous steps for more detail.

Selling products using your website
Online entrepreneurs have millions of online products that can be marketed that will translate into paid commissions. Companies like Amazon, Wal-Mart and Target use affiliate marketers to help promote their products and drive Internet traffic to their web pages. It is common for online entrepreneurs to earn commissions If a purchase is made because a consumer clicked through to the Amazon page through the entrepreneurs marketing web page.

Decide on a market or niche
Now it is time to decide what type of products the online entrepreneur would like to market in. The online marketer will decide what specific market they are going to operate in. For this article, let's say the online entrepreneur chooses to help coaches find the right baseball gear for their teams. Many of the major retails deal in baseball gear and have affiliate marketing programs that online entrepreneurs can take advantage of.
Create a website
At this point, the online entrepreneur will create a website that will be used to market various baseball products through affiliate links to the retailers' home site. The website should be clean and be in a layout that is suited for the consumer to find information easily.
Drive traffic to the website
Here is where the online entrepreneur would need to decide. Should organic traffic techniques be utilized through SEO optimization? Or should traffic be sent to the marketing website using the pay-per-click technique. The pay-per-click would be the fastest way to get traffic to the website. The problem with pay=per-click is that sending traffic to the website can be expensive. Most online entrepreneurs choose the route of getting free traffic using SEO Optimization. Building traffic through SEO takes time.
Convert traffic to purchases
Now that the online entrepreneur has traffic, it is time to convert that traffic into purchases. This is where the vendor weblinks come into play. The goal is to tweak your SEO Optimization so that most visitors are wanting to buy. Work on the SEO content to get your purchase-to-traffic conversion rate to 20%. That is the low end of what a conversion rate should be for a niche webpage. Try to get higher if possible.

What Makes A Great Business Website?

If you have a business, you need a website. A quality website to helps to promote your business and sell your products. But there are a lot of low-quality websites online that don't do their business owners any favors. So what makes a great business website?

1. Know your audience
If you watch the latest hot cartoon and then watch reruns of shows from the 60s, you're probably going to see not only commercials for different products, but they're going to be totally different styles. In the same way, a website whose audience is older shouldn't have things that will appeal to teens or a younger generation. Knowing your audience is the first step to meeting their needs.

2. Keep it simple.
Simple websites are not only easier to navigate, but they also load faster so your customers don't get frustrated waiting to find what they're looking for.
3. Ask for feedback.
Always have a way for your users to send you feedback. This will help you make changes your customers want to keep them coming back, and even recommend you to their friends. You can put feedback boxes or questions on different pages, or you can add a message board with a feedback section.
4. Don't branch out too much.
It's best to focus your website on one area or product. If you offer several different products or types of products, you may need to have several websites to promote them so visitors aren't bombarded with things they don't want.
5. Be consistent.
Make each page the same format, font, color, etc to keep visitors from getting confused at where to find what they're looking for.
6. Be readable.
Not only do you need a font that's readable and colors that don't hurt the eyes, but it's also extremely beneficial to have correct spelling and grammar. Customers aren't likely to stick around if they think you're lazy or don't know what you're talking about.
7. Add RSS feed.
Many people keep themselves updated by using RSS feeds instead of checking websites constantly. By adding an RSS feed, you can not only catch these users, but you can also tailor feeds specifically for their interests.
8. Keep it current.
Besides the danger of having out-of-date information, pages that are updated more often get visited more often and give you a better chance of keeping more customers.
9. Make things easy to find.
Everyone wants things fast and adding a search box or an easy site map will help them find what they're looking for quickly and easily.
10. Be Unique
Ultimately, if you do everything right, but your site is just like every other well-made site, you still may not be able to make money off it. Your site needs to have something unique that reflects who you are and what you can provide.
We all occasionally make mistakes in marketing our business online. We wouldn't be human if we didn't. It's all part of the learning process. Although mistakes are going to happen, you can avoid a number of common online business mistakes. Different Ways Of Generating Traffic, Leads And Sales For Your Affiliate Or Own Offers

When it comes to running an offline or online business, the most critical things owners need - besides the necessary license and equipment - are traffic, leads, and sales. Yet in spite of knowing this, the underlying question in most of their minds - is how to get more while spending less or better still, for free?
Having said that, this is what my article going to address today.
Now regardless of what they are called, they still boil down to one common factor which is people. Because without them taking action the way you want to be it seeing your offer, listening to and reading what you presented and taking up your free and paid offer, your business is not going to last. That is the brutal truth in traditional and internet marketing as well.
So the question is how do I get traffic?
To be honest, there is no right and wrong answer. But there are free and paid methods you can use.
However, before even doing so, it is important to identify if there is a market for your offer and connecting with people within that. This is absolutely necessary in order to build an audience as in groups of people who know, like and trust you. Especially when you focused on free methods which I touched upon later.
It is the same way with how you got to know your friends, boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse and how politicians do to get more people to vote for them and formed the government. You might also see that in networking events and seminars.
Below are both free and paid strategies I know and learn from more experienced marketers.
1. Free Article Marketing
This is by far the oldest but still workable method. What you do is write and submit an article like what you see now into relevant sites like Ezine Articles.
2. Blogging
This is more of a long-term SEO and wealth-building strategy.
You can write whatever you want in your blog - preferably WordPress into your own domain and hosting and then connect with other bloggers in your niche either through blog commenting or guest posting.
3. Classified Advertising
You might not believe this but this is how I got started making my first dollar in 2008.
This is a great alternative and test to paid ads.
What you need to do is to come up with an eye-catching headline and 2-3 lines ad with links before posting to relevant sites like Craiglist and Gumtree.
4. Directory Submissions
In the past, this used to work very well.
But in the wake of Google's relentless updates, many sites have come and gone so apart from Dmoz, they are no longer variable today.
5. Email Marketing
This works provided you have a quality email list of subscribers who are eager to read from, trust and buy from you.
But for this to work effectively, you need a high converting landing page and reliable autoresponder to send unlimited emails.
6. Forum Posting
Forums are online discussion sites in which people congregated and discussed common issues and interests.
To get started, there are important rules you have to abide by in order not to get banned.
Such as do not spam but provide helpful information in answering what they need and want to know with your blog and landing page links in your signature - which is the footer text below every post you make
7. Google SEO
If you provided good quality content in your blog in the form of articles and even videos with social media channel links - I will be talking about later, the major search engine will reward you with higher rankings on the first page for maximum exposure and even leads and sales from your searchers.
This also helps if you have comments and questions below your posts.
8. PDF Submissions
You can also compile a set of 5-10 articles into MS Word or Open Office into a report or e-book with an attractive cover before publishing in sites like Calameo, Scribd and Slideshare.
9. Press Releases
They are basically online versions of newspaper reports in which you can submit to related sites.
There are both free and paid services in which you can submit.
10. Social Media And Networks
You can also participate in social networks like Facebook where you can post on your timeline, create fan pages, live events, videos and joined and share in groups like what you do in forums.
Others include LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest and Tumblr.
11. Video Marketing
This is where you create your videos from your own PC or iPhone camera, powerpoint slides or both with some music background and introduction or highlighted points text.
If you just want to show your face, you can use a camera.
But if you want to share your PC screen, I will recommend Jing and Camtasia Studio - the latter gives you a free 30-day trial before you pay a one-time fee of $197.
12.. Web 2.0 Properties.
You can also post your content in other blogging platforms like Blogger, Hubpages, Webs, Weebly and Wix.
In the past, these used to work like a charm in the form of the Google Wonder Wheel.
But now you can only post what you had not in your articles and blog posts.
This works best when you are doing e-commerce and your info products.
13. Webinars
They are online versions of seminars in which you can invite your subscribers and customers to attend before presenting your offer.
For this, I recommend Go-To-Webinar and Zoom.
B. Paid
For paid strategies, I will recommend 3 platforms in Bing, Facebook, And Google Ads. At the time of writing this, mobile apps and YouTube Ads also came about.
With that said, these are both free and paid methods I know of getting traffic, leads, and sales for your sites.

How To Make Your Business More Visible On Social Media

The more people see you, the more they're going to remember you. When you think of it that way, you can automatically see that as people notice you it will build your brand. Some studies say that a new customer needs to be exposed to you at least seven times over a short period of time in order to recognize your existence.
Be Active on the Right Social Media Platforms
You don't need to be on every single social media platform. You might want to get a profile on each of them, but you don't need to be on every single one. You only need to be where your audience is. Study your audience to find out where they like to be active. When you discover that, that is where you should concentrate your efforts.
Improve and Optimize Your Visual Branding
Images and graphics are very important online. People are attracted to looking at images over text first. Ensure that you have the same branding throughout all social media platforms, your website, and offline.
Post Regularly
Blogging or posting articles and content on a regular basis on your website (and then sharing it on social media) should be done regularly. Don't just do it once, then get upset that there is no response. Content marketing is a slow process. It is more effective than other methods, but it does take time and commitment.
Work with Influencers
One way to be more visible is to work with influencers. Don't worry; you don't have to find someone with a million subscribers. You'll want to pick the right platform for your product or service, but other than that find someone with 10,000 to 40,000 active subscribers or followers to work with.
Make the Most of Your Profiles
Don't forget that on all social media you have a profile or a bio space that needs to be completed. Use every single space the platform offers you that you reasonably can. If you don't have content for that space yet, put it in your calendar to create it. Check them regularly because each platform often updates the features they offer.
Promote Yourself
Many people are scared to promote themselves on social media. But, you must. Now, don't go and spam a group about your offers without permission, or anything like that. However, use retargeting ads with Facebook pixel, look-a-like ads, and some paid promotions. Build up a group where you can engage with others and promote your products without issue.
Engage More
Remember that social media is about being social. No one is on Facebook to buy stuff. But, if you engage, share, and become a resource to people on those platforms, you're going to stand out from the crowd and build trust through engagement.
Building your brand is something you should always be doing - just like marketing. It's all part of the solution to reach more people, help more people, and make more money. How To Make A WordPress Blog Step By Step For Beginners

How To Make Banner Ads Attractive And Realize Online Marketing Goals?

We are now in the digital world where technology shapes the way we live. Brands are not immune to changes brought forward by constant advancements in the technology. Take for instance, the norms of marketing have completely changed with digital taking precedence over traditional. From mobile to social to e-mail to content, the routes of marketing have evolved and entered an altogether different territory. With more people going online and socializing than they ever did, it's now the turn of brands to head where all the prospects lie. They have to advertise and tap into the ever-exploding potential of the internet world.
In a way, brands have to leverage different techniques and methods of advertising to catch the attention of their target audience, including existing customers and prospective ones. To catch attention, effective marketing campaigns and attractive ads will be needed as they stir imagination and demand some sort of attention. Banner ads have to aesthetically impeccable as only they can they make the heads roll. In a way, your banner ads have to stand out from the sea of campaigns unfurled by other marketers. For that to happen, you need to have a team of creative and experienced graphic designers with, of course, proven credentials.
What if your small business can't afford any investment in hiring designers? What should be the strategy when the budget is relatively too small to hire creative people? In such scenario, the only option is to design banners ads by own or explore the market to find any advanced tool for the same purpose. It'd be great if you could find a tool as in that case, a lot of time and money would be saved that otherwise get spent on manual efforts. Finding such a tool, and an advanced one at that, means getting the freedom of designing your own banner ads.
What's more, having a tool will also give the benefit of creating multiple designs at one go and then choosing the one that suits the marketing requirements in the best possible way. With the tool doing all what is needed, a business then won't need to hire a designer to produce several mock-ups of the banner design. Given so many benefits attached with the tool, it'd really be a great decision to get that one and let the business benefit, at least on the banner designing front. Options are many in the market and you should choose a tool that delivers speed and responsiveness.
In addition, a business should always select a tool that provides multi-browser support feature. The tool won't serve the purpose beyond a point if it is not compatible with device such as smartphones, tablets, and desktops. It should enable adding of text, arches effects; should help upload images, rotate texts & images; facilitate adding of shape & clip-art and changing of background. What's more, the chosen banner designing software or tool should come packed with a huge selection of themes and templates to bring more ideas and more creativity into play.

Once Upon A Time..? - How To Build Suspense In Your Content

A lot of content on the internet just seems to be the same old thing, with nothing new, exciting or noteworthy that deserves being paid attention to. One of the best ways to stand out from this is to create suspense.
Journalistic Writing versus Blogging
Journalistic writing is the kind of writing used by newspaper and magazine writers. It centers around the five Ws in order to report the facts:
  • Who
  • What
  • When
  • Where
  • Why
Journalistic writing is also an "inverted pyramid" style of writing, with all of the meaty information in the first paragraph or two, tapering down to less and less important information until the article finally concludes.
With this style of writing, there is very little suspense or a "twist in the tale" at the end of it. About the only place you ever see suspense consciously being used is in the headline. A good headline is designed to lure those skimming a paper into reading the entire article.
Therefore, you need to master more than journalistic writing if your content is ever going to get read.
Marketing as Storytelling
All content online is marketing. And one of the hottest trends in online marketing is storytelling.
Storytelling is as old as time itself, and one of the earliest activities we engage in as a child. "Once upon a time, there was a... " is a common storytelling formula because it works.
The most successful stories have a beginning, middle and end. They don't even have to be very long. What the best stories have is a twist in the tale - that is, a surprise ending. Or they might end with a special point that was intended to be made via the story, such as, "the moral of the story."
Adding Suspense
Every good story has some element of suspense. Even though in most cases, we love a happy ending, it's thrilling to be kept on edge, not knowing if things were going to turn out for the best. Stories like "The Three Little Pigs" or "Little Red Riding Hood" keep you guessing until the end. We move from an unhappy situation to a happy one where everything has been solved.
This formula works well with content too. Think of the problems the people in your niche have, and how they can be solved. What solutions have you discovered along the way? What has really worked for you? What setbacks did you have? Was it a straight progression from A to B, or did you have to take a more winding route around the scary woods to find what you needed? What lessons can you offer your readers as the moral of your story?
This type of content will not only be more vivid and suspenseful, it will also help position you as an expert in your niche worth paying attention to. This can be the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow when it comes to your content marketing efforts.
When you write and manage your content correctly, it will make your life easier and your business grow. To discover how the most successful online entrepreneurs plan, create and deliver great content, download my free checklist, The 5 Step Content Strategy, at https://jonallo.com/contentplan

Make Money From Every Article You Write For Your Blog

Is it possible to make money writing articles for your blog?
There are many people who have tried it and most have failed. Yet there are other writers who not only earn a decent income from their blog, but some of them actually earn more than a full-time wage.
So what is it that they do right? Why are their blog posts so popular and how do they make money from blogging?
Well, to begin with, if you want to write articles for your blog, there are three important things that you need to consider before you start. But once you know what these are, it can kick-start your career as a blogger.
Know Your Reason For Writing Articles.
This is really important. You need to actually (and I mean literally) think really hard about why you want to write articles. Once you have your reason, then every article you write can work as a soldier for you, going out to achieve your article writing goal - as long as you know what that is.
How Are You Going to Earn Money?
There are several different ways that you can make money writing articles for your blog. You can write them to earn money from PPC advertising, or to sell a product, or to sell a service or to do affiliate marketing (or you can choose to use all of these). Once you know how you want to earn money from your blog you can then write articles that attract the most targeted readers so that you can maximize your blog income.
What Action Are You Looking For?
You need to also know what action you want your readers to take. Once they finish reading your articles, they always want to do something so you have to know what that is.
Do you want them to click on a PPC advertisement? To make a purchase? To join your email list? To read about a service you're offering? To sign up for more information? Be sure of what it is that you want them to do and then tell them to do it.
And most importantly, don't forget that all your articles/posts need to read like a story so that your readers keep reading. In other words, make sure every article has a beginning, a middle and an end.
Start with an introduction of what you're going to tell them, tell them, then tell them how this information can help them, and what to do next.
That way all your articles can be your army of soldiers, helping you to earn money from everything you write.
Keep up to date with all the latest information to ensure that all your articles work like soldiers, going to the front line to help you dominate any online niche that you work in. Don't write blog articles that don't help you to earn money. Instead, get the best ROI from all your writing and online marketing. https://www.articlemarketingsoldiers.com
